About the Trainer
Promila's educational journey began at La Martiniere's Girls' College in Lucknow, followed by her Engineering degree from Dnyaneshwar Vidhyapeeth in Pune (1994-1998). With over 16 years of training experience, she has established herself as a sought-after Corporate Trainer, working with prestigious companies such as Hitachi, Axis Bank, Oracle, Vodafone etc. As a mother of two daughters and an entrepreneur, she has successfully led her own corporate training business in the UAE and served as Executive Director for Hawk International across multiple countries. Her last role was as the Head of Outreach at the Institute for Career Studies.
Promila is a seasoned entrepreneur in the service and sales industry across the UAE, India USA and Indonesia. Having establish Promila Cecil Inc, within just a year, she rose to the position of Executive Director for Hawk International, overseeing operations in Texas, Jakarta, and Azerbaijan. With a remarkable track record, she has delivered engaging training courses to more than 2000 working adults, consistently achieving a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Her expertise spans various areas, including Sales and Leadership, Performance Management, and Team Building, making her a sought-after trainer for diverse audiences worldwide.
Promila is a passionate advocate for employability skills in rural communities, actively engaging in CSR activities. She has shared her insights as a speaker at CII and moderated discussions on women's mental health for International Women’s Day, while also serving as a judge for folk programs at the Rotary Club in Gujarat. Recognized as a one of the Woman of Substance by Hindustan Times in 2010, Promila has been featured in prominent publications like Times of India and Femina for her inspiring solo travel stories. Now back in her hometown in Lucknow, she is dedicated to sharing her wealth of knowledge and experiences with the community.
